A very rare 1976 STERLING BEER unembosographed oval sign that reads "Sterling Beer" at the top and "Sterling Brewers - Established 1863 - Evansville, Indiana" along the bottom in blue ribbons that surround a beautiful blonde, blue-eyed woman dressed in yellow with a blue beaded necklace and holding a glass of frothy beer. This is a one-piece sign, but has the appearance of a painting inside a gold ornate oval frame. This image appears on-line more frequently as an advertising piece for Schmidt Beer, but is much harder to find for Sterling Beer. The sign is 21 inches tall, 17 inches wide and is very lightweight and in fabulous condition.
