This Vintage 1950s Teddy Bear from Character Novelty Co is a rare find, made with Wool, Mohair and cotton material in a charming brown color. Standing at 16 inches tall, this medium-sized bear is a nostalgic piece from the 1950s, perfect for collectors or those with a love for classic stuffed animals. Handcrafted in the United States, this teddy bear is a unique addition to any vintage memorabilia collection. He measures 16" in height, 12.5" wide and is 4" long.
Bear is in very good condition for its age. There are some areas, mainly around the face, where the "fur" has worn off the fabric. There were also a couple of small holes that I repaired. I didn't dare clean him too much, but he doesn't smell bad. No musty odors or mold. The stuffing probably isn't as poofy as it once was, but overall it's in great shape and is ready for it's new home.
