Climate change is a major challenge in wine production. Temperatures are increasing worldwide, and most regions are exposed to water deficits more frequently. Higher temperatures trigger advanced phenology. This shifts the ripening phase to warmer periods in the summer, which will affect grape composition, in particular with respect to aroma compounds. Increased water stress reduces yields and modifies fruit composition.

At InterBlend we are committed to taking care and preserving the natural resources. Our work begins with the correct selection of vineyards; their agronomists and winemakers who are responsible for the winemaking of a product of supreme quality. The elaboration of wines with grapes coming from varied altitudes and plots contributes to develop a higher complexity and better maintenance for the transfer to the United States where the final blend is constituted.
